I made this fudge because I wasn’t sure if I made enough blondies for last Saturday. It seemed super easy, and a good way to bring in some more chocolate. Also a way to use up the last of the M&Ms from the blondies. I didn’t want them hanging around waiting for me to eat them. The recipe turned out okay, I just wish that I had used regular milk instead of almond milk. I buy almond milk because it lasts longer, and it doesn’t upset my stomach like regular milk can. So if you’re going to use a different kind of milk, I’d recommend reducing it some. It still tasted good though. I just had to keep it in the fridge because it didn’t set up at room temperature.
